Enrollment Production Support Analyst

Ideon is seeking an Enrollment Production Support Analyst to be a part of our high-performing Enrollment Operations Team.  In this role, you willown customer support for all production groups and ensure the accuracy of member enrollment.  

 

We prefer candidates based in Omaha, NE for this role, but we are also considering remote candidates from anywhere in the U.S. Ideon is headquartered in NYC with a second office in Omaha, NE.  This role reports to the Senior Director of Enrollment Operations. 

In this role you will:

  • Actively manage tickets related to enrollment data exchange, ensuring accurate andtimelycompletion of all assigned tasks. 
  • Monitor, respond to, and resolve production discrepancies withinestablished SLA’s. 
  • Deliver quality work with an eye for detail, delighting customers through clear, concise, and professional communication. 
  • Utilize metrics to monitor and adjust performance for optimal efficiency. 
  • Meet with platforms and manage relationships, owningissue resolution to drive high customer satisfaction. 
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to ensure platforms and carriers understand requirements and respond promptly. 
  • Utilize Ideon’s proprietary toolset to manage work and deliver high-quality results for customers. 
  • Contribute actively to a high-performing team focused on delivering resolutions to customers while sharing and contributing to organizational knowledge. 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • High proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies (5+ years), specifically in insurance enrollment processes. 
  • Knowledge about insurance industry standards and regulations concerning data connections (e.g., HIPAA, 834, LDEx). 
  • Experience supporting customers, with a customer-centric approach to all your work. 
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively and professionally. 
  • Enjoy working with and delighting customers. 
  • A desire to develop yourtechnical skills with the latest technologies. 
  • Analytical skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. 

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience.
